Seriously, egg isn't a vegetable. Stop calling egg recipes vegetarian.

An egg isn't a vegetable, cheese isn't a vegetable, pasta isn't a vegetable. Heck, beans and tofu aren't vegetables! Yet many people incorporate these ingredients into a vegetarian diet. Lacto-ovo vegetarianism is the most common form of a vegetarian diet worldwide. Eyes on your own plate, Nick! You don't want to eat eggs; don't eat them. It's pretty simple.

Actually, this is absolutely a vegetarian recipe. I think a lot of people think vegetarian is the same as vegan, but it’s not. There are different types of vegetarianism.

Lacto-ovo vegetarian: No meat, poultry, seafood, or other meat products. Will eat eggs and dairy products.
Lacto-vegetarian: No meat, poultry, seafood, other meat products, or eggs. Will eat dairy products.
Pescatarian: No meat, poultry, or other meat products. Will eat seafood, eggs, and dairy.

I’m vegan - no animal products or byproducts. But I can easily take vegetarian recipes and convert them to vegan ones.
