This simple Cottage Cheese Ranch Dip is made with cottage cheese that's blended until smooth and seasoned with fresh herbs and Ranch seasonings. A perfect protein-packed snack or appetizer, and it only takes a few minutes to make!

Let's get dipping!
Ranch lovers, rejoice! I've cracked the code to the most delicious, creamy, tangy, protein-packed Cottage Cheese Ranch Dip. It's the dip of my dreams, really, and yes, I do dream about dips. Doesn't everyone?
Much like when I created our HNL community-fave Greek Yogurt Ranch Dressing, I tested this cottage cheese dip a dozen times to get the flavors exactly right. I wanted to get true Ranch vibes without turning to a packaged dressing mix (which, honestly, you could use if you wanted to keep things really simple).
If you've been wanting to get on the cottage cheese bandwagon but don't love the texture, this whipped cottage cheese dip might be just the thing you need. It's blended until smooth and creamy, and the fresh herbs and Ranch seasonings take it to another level.
Packed with protein and ready in just five minutes, Ranch dip with cottage cheese really is the snacking situation of my dreams. Our Garlicky White Bean Dip is a close second, but Ranch will always have a special place in my heart.

Let's make cottage cheese dip together!
Step 1: Whip your cottage cheese
First things first, we're going to blend the cottage cheese until smooth. I prefer my food processor for this job, but a blender will work fine as well.

You may need to stop and scrape the sides a couple of times, especially if you are using a blender.

Step 2: Add the seasonings
Now everything else gets added to the food processor, and we're going to blend until well combined.

Step 3: Taste, and adjust seasonings
Once everything is blended together, taste your cottage cheese dip, and adjust the seasonings as needed.

Step 4: Serve!
I love this Cottage Cheese Ranch Dip with fresh veggies, crackers, and pita chips.

Notes
- Nutrition values are an estimate only
- I prefer full-fat cottage cheese for this recipe, but 2% is also fine.
- I prefer using garlic powder rather than fresh garlic for a slightly more mellow flavor.
- Cottage cheese ranch dip will last for 3-5 days in an airtight container in the fridge.
- If the dip has been resting in the fridge, you may notice a bit of liquid separating from the cheese solids. Just give it a quick stir before serving.

This recipe is a game changer as I love ranch but don’t like the store bought premade sauce as there are usually too many nasties inside. This recipe is not only nutritious, easy and delicious, it makes enough to go for a few meals. I served it along cauliflower buffalo nuggets and then on sandwiches for weekday lunches. Thinking of making an iceberg wedge salad and drizzling some of this delicious ranch on top. Definitely a keeper and a game changer for homemade ranch. Thanks Nutrition Lady!

Fresh dill and parsley from the garden combined with the best Island Farms cottage cheese I just happened to have in my fridge meant I had to make this recipe. It's so easy and delicious, especially with raw garden veggies at this time of year. Thanks!
