Remember when lunch used to be a peanut butter sandwich practically every day? T’was a simpler time, wasn’t it?

These days I’m looking for something a liiiiiiitle more sophisticated in the sandwich department, and it occurred to me that maybe you are as well. I’m a firm believer that breakfast isn’t the most important meal of the day, lunch is!

Lunch keeps you fuelled at a time of day when you need energy to keep you going. And if you’re going to be packing your lunches instead of spending money on lunch out each day, your lunch had better be damn tasty!

What’s better than plant based protein snuggled between two slices of bread? Not much! Only perhaps plant-based protein wrapped up all cozy in a tasty tortilla. There’s so much good stuff here I hardly know where to start, but let’s go!
