You can either pull together a totally vegetarian Thanksgiving dinner, or, pick and choose the vegetarian recipes to add to a traditional feast. That way, everyone wins.
Without further ado, here is your Vegetarian Thanksgiving Menu!
Vegan Lentil Loaf
Personally, I'm alllll about the sides when it comes to Thanksgiving dinner, but it's always nice to have a vegetarian main dish on the table as well.
This Vegan Lentil Loaf can be prepped in advance and served warm or at room temperature. Leftovers freeze brilliantly, which is just another reason to add this delicious main dish to your Vegetarian Thanksgiving Menu.

Greek Yogurt Mashed Potatoes
You can hardly have Thanksgiving dinner without a big bowl of mashers on the table. These Greek Yogurt Mashed Potatoes are lighter than your average mash since we're replacing much of the butter with yogurt, but are still packed with flavour and are incredibly creamy.

Amazing Vegan Gravy
Of course you'll need something delicious to smother those potatoes with, and there's truly nothing better than this Amazing Vegan Gravy. Pro tip: you can make the gravy in advance - you can even freeze it - and simply re-heat when it's time for Thanksgiving dinner.

Hasselback Butternut Squash
If you're looking for a show-stopper of a side dish, this is the one! This Hasselback Butternut Squash is simple to make but looks beautiful and impressive. You can prepare this one in advance and heat it up when dinner time rolls around.

Miso Maple Roasted Brussels Sprouts
You've got to have something green on your vegetarian Thanksgiving menu (nutritionist's orders!), and these Miso Maple Roasted Brussels Sprouts are easy and delicious!

Naturally Sweetened Pumpkin Pie
Last but certainly not least, dessert. This Naturally Sweetened Pumpkin Pie is always on my vegetarian Thanksgiving menu. It's easy to make, delicious to eat, and there's nary a granule of refined sugar in sight.
