The Basics package includes:
-two total sessions: One 1-hour initial consultation, and one 1-hour follow-up session.

-any templates or resources necessary for going forward
-based on your assessment we agree upon one core objective
The initial consultation will allow me to learn about you; your personal goals, and assess your dietary patterns. Before the session you’ll complete a food, diet, and lifestyle questionnaire that will help me gain a better understanding of your needs. During the initial session we’ll go over your past experience, goals, likes, and dislikes, challenges, and any other questions you may have.
After the initial consultation I’ll put together a customized meal plan including recipes, grocery shopping lists, tips, and other suggestions to suit your lifestyle.
We’ll check in for a follow up session and assess how the plan we came up with is going. We’ll devise a strategy for the coming weeks and months and go over the meal planning strategies you’ve learned. I’ll leave you with any templates and resources necessary for going forwards.
