1 bulb roasted garlic 1 large lemon juiced 1 tablespoon capers 1 tablespoon caper brine 2 teaspoon smooth Dijon mustard 1 clove garlic smashed ¼ teaspoon salt ¼ teaspoon black pepper ⅓ cup grated Parmesan cheese ¼ cup extra virgin olive oil ½ cup full-fat Greek yogurt
Combine all of the ingredients in a blender.
