1 cup blueberries fresh or frozen 1 medium banana preferably frozen 1 cup frozen cauliflower ½ medium avocado 1 tablespoon hemp seeds 1 teaspoon cocoa powder optional 2 cups oat milk or preferred milk
Starting with the liquids and ending with the frozen ingredients, add everything to your blender.
Ensure the lid is secure, and blend until smooth.
Pour into two glasses, and serve.
