1 large frozen banana 1 cup frozen cauliflower 2 cups baby spinach leaves or 3-4 cubes of frozen spinach 1-2 large medjool dates pitted 1 Tablespoon almond butter ½ teaspoon vanilla extract ½ teaspoon ground cinnamon 1 ½ cups unsweetened oat milk
Combine frozen banana, cauliflower, spinach, dates, almond butter, vanilla extract, cinnamon, and oat milk in a blender.
