Let me say a few things here. First, pudding is kind of a stretch. This dessert is thick - much thicker than the pudding I'm after. But it is also intensely chocoately and really amazing. Can you taste the avocado? Yes, but only at first. If you eat it immediately, the avocado is definitely there. Once you chill it, however, the avocado flavour disappears.
