  • 1 cup cottage cheese I use 2%
  • 1 large frozen banana
  • 1 cup frozen blueberries
  • 2 teaspoons vanilla extract

Instructions

  • Combine all ingredients in the blender, starting with the milk, then the cottage cheese, then the frozen ingredients.
