mango turmeric sunshine smoothie
A quick and easy sunshiney smoothie loaded with vitamin C and other antioxidants.

Ingredients

cup
frozen mango chunks
2
cups
baby spinach leaves
1
cup
cucumber slices
1
small carrot
1
inch
knob of fresh ginger
1
inch
knob of fresh turmeric

Tbsp
hemp hearts
1.5
cups
cashew milk
or other milk of choice
Instructions
Place all of the ingredients into the jar of a blender.
Blend until smooth.
Drink immediately.
Notes
-I store both ginger and turmeric roots in the freezer, and then toss in frozen chunks into my smoothies
