Date Almond Smoothie

This creamy dreamy smoothie is thick and luscious like a milkshake, yet totally plant-based and packed with veggies. Naturally sweetened with frozen banana and dates, nutty and delicious, this is just the thing when you want something sweet but healthy.

Ingredients

  • 1 large frozen banana
  • 1 cup frozen cauliflower
  • 2 cups baby spinach leaves or 3-4 cubes of frozen spinach
  • 1 large medjool date pitted
  • 1 Tablespoon almond butter
  • 1/2 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • 1/2 teaspoon ground cinnamon
  • 1 1/2 cups unsweetened oat milk

Instructions

  1. Combine frozen banana, cauliflower, spinach, date, almond butter, vanilla extract, cinnamon, and oat milk in a blender. 

  2. Blend until completely smooth.

  3. Serve immediately.
