Ingredients

Turmeric Latte Mix

  • 5 Tablespoons ground turmeric
  • 3 teaspoons ground ginger
  • 2 teaspoons ground cinnamon
  • 1 teaspoon ground cardamom
  • 1 teaspoon ground cloves
  • 1 teaspoon freshly ground black pepper

To Make a Turmeric Latte

  • 1 1/2 cups milk of choice I like oat milk
  • 1 teaspoon turmeric latte mix
  • 1 teaspoon honey or other liquid sweetener

Instructions

To Make Turmeric Latte Mix

  1. In a bowl combine turmeric, ginger, cinnamon, cloves, cardamom, and black pepper. Whisk to combine. Transfer to a glass jar with a lid. 

To Make a Turmeric Latte

  1. Place a splash of the milk and 1 teaspoon of turmeric latte mix in a small pot. Whisk to combine. 

  2. Add the remaining milk, whisk to combine, and heat over medium-high heat until steaming.

  3. Carefully pour into a mug, add sweetener of choice, and enjoy!
