Chocolate Black Bean Smoothie

Ingredients

  • 1 frozen banana
  • 1 cup frozen cauliflower
  • 1/2 cup black beans
  • 1-2 medjool dates pitted
  • 1 cup almond milk or milk of choice
  • 1 Tbsp hemp seeds
  • 1 Tbsp cocoa powder
  • 1 tsp ground cinnamon

Instructions

  1. Place all ingredients into a blender. Blend until smooth. 

  2. Pour into a glass and sprinkle cocoa nibs over the top if desired. Serve immediately.
