    Great ideas on beet greens.
    Just on the news, that Europeans regulate food… at least salt. Those Quebecois are eating much more salt than anyone else in the world. It seems a shame to associate food labels with increased obesity.

      I didn’t read the article as associating food labels with increased obesity, but that having nutrition information (nutrition labels) doesn’t correlate with decreased obesity and better nutrition. That, I think, is sad. We have the information but we’re either not making use of it or can’t make use of it.

    Yes, a better way of saying it.
    ‘What’s good about this’…in your blog, inspires the converted. It creates a meal of healthy food you can eat. How to make the most use of that?
    I use food labels to discern the best from the worst of the processed foods I must use. Let’s face it, not much nutrition labelling on dried beans and vegetables.
