This photo was taken last Sunday when Paul and I went for an afternoon stroll around Gamla Stan (the old town). I think this was taken around 3:30pm. By the end of next week the sun will be setting in the 2's here. This is the payback for all of those 11:30pm sunsets we enjoy in the summer.
What’s good around the web is a weekly series where I share some of what I’ve been reading around the web. Each week I’ll be posting links to five nutrition related articles, good recipes, and just general good reads. I hope you enjoy it! If you’ve got at article or recipe you’d like to see featured, please email me.
1. Do multivitamins cut cancer risk? This is an intelligent take on the issue.
2. How do you wade through all of the conflicting nutrition information out there and figure out what's right for you?
3. Is having kids bad for your health?
4. Is spinach a good source of iron? Is cooked spinach better than fresh?
5. Are you in a healthy relationship with your food?

While pregnant with my first son I don't know how many people suggested that my needs were suddenly going to become an unimportant afterthought to my child's growth a development. Well, I'm proud to say that 2 kids later I still exercise 5 plus days a week and make time to cook well thought out and wholesome meals for myself and my family (so many from this blog!). And guess what? My kids aren't neglected, not one bit.

You're amazing! You're also (unfortunately) not the norm, as you can see from the stats in that article. Helping people figure out that balance is a big research area right now, I definitely want to delve deeper into it.
