– Plain yoghurt
– Mayonnaise
– Dijon mustard
– Maple syrup
– Red pepper
– Green onion
– Fresh parsley
– Capers
– Sandwich bread
INGREDIENTS:

Place the chickpeas into a medium-sized bowl and lightly smash them with a fork.
