– Corn tortillas
– Olive oil
– Flaky salt
– Refried black beans
– Crumbled cotija cheese or shredded tex mex
– Avocado
– Baby plum tomatoes
– Cilantro for garnish
– Lime wedges

Brush each tortilla with oil and place on the sheet pan. Sprinkle with salt. Bake until golden brown and crisp.
