– Garlic

– Heavy cream

Start by washing, de-stemming, and slicing your kale into ribbons.

Heat the butter, olive oil, garlic, and red pepper flakes over medium heat.

Add the kale ribbons to the garlic butter, and sauté until the kale begins to soften.
