Sometimes when you’re feeling snacky having a little bit of something strong is the key, and what’s stronger than a little bite of blue cheese? The celery has satisfying crunch, the blue cheese is creamy, salty, and punch you in the face strong so you only need a little bit. This one might seem a bit on the strange side, but trust me, it’s as satisfying as it is weird. Pair all the celery you want with a smug little cube of blue cheese – a couple of tablespoons should do the trick.
