Hi folks! I’ve got something a little different for you today! I get a lot of questions about how I pack my lunches for the entire week, what kind of things pack well, and how long it takes. So, I decided to show you! I hope you enjoy the first ever Muffin Myth video – and here’s hoping there will be more to come!
The recipes featured in this video are these zucchini noodles with tofu, and these chipotle hummus wraps, but made with roasted butternut squash instead of grated carrot. I find the squash freezes quite well, so I can make a big batch and reserve some for a busier week.
